REPAIR & WARRANTY POLICY

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, Be-Indie products are protected from the original date of purchase by a 1-month warranty.
The warranty covers any fault arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect.

The item is accepted for repair under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and ticketed

  • A proof of purchase is provided (Payment transaction document or gift receipt)

PLEASE NOTE: The quality control inspection can take up to 7 working days and the repair process can take up to 14 working days.

To ensure that your item remains in pristine condition. Please refer to our “Care Instructions Policy”.

Repair System:

IN STORE Purchases:

Step 1: off your item at the nearest store (Please visit the “Where to Buy” for store addresses) to request repair.

Step 2: Your item shall be sent to the factory where our artisans will evaluate your item and provide an estimate for the required repair. This expertise is transferred to our boutique in the form of an estimate. The repair will begin as soon as you have accepted the estimate. Please note that you shall receive an update within 7 business working days regarding the condition of your item whether it can be repaired or not.

Step 3: Please allow up to 15 working days for your item to be repaired.

Step 4: Once the repair has been completed, your item is returned to the same store where it was originally dropped off and an advisor will contact you.

ONLINE purchases :
