As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our customer service advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. You can also reply to the order confirmation email/electronic receipt that you receive after placing your order. - How accurate is color display on the internet?
As accurate as we can make them, please be aware that the color settings can vary depending on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet. We always make our best effort to display colors as accurately as possible.
- Where do I find items that I have seen in the press or magazines?
For inquiries about new BE-INDIE products, please include a photo of your requested item and our sales representatives will get back to you shortly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails will be responded within 24 hours.
- Are all of your products available on the website?

EXCHANGE & RETURN
- How can I return or exchange a BE-INDIE product?
ONLINE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Simply complete the return form online on our contact us page with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up with an additional delivery fee.
IN STORE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Simply complete the return form in store and drop off your item in their original packaging, along with the return form in any of our stores. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up with an additional delivery fee. Please visit our “Where to Buy” page on our website for store addresses.
BE-INDIE will only accept a refund or an exchange if shipping instructions have been met. We shall inform you with our return shipping instructions in order to process the return/exchange process. Kindly note that our shipping instructions shall be available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products excluding initial delivery fees incurred.
- What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt (purchase). The returned product is accepted under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase
- Items in perfect conditions (Ticketed & unused)
- Original packaging
If your returns do not meet the conditions above, we have the right to refuse the refund.
Please note that any items purchased during our end of season sale are non-refundable.
- Can I return an item that I bought online to the store?

CARE & REPAIR
- How do I repair a BE-INDIE item?
If your BE-INDIE product requires maintenance kindly email our customer service team at email@example.com. Our specialists will be happy to guide you through sending in your item for repair.
Please note: repairs may be chargeable under certain conditions.
- How do I care for my BE-INDIE item?
Please refer to our “care instruction policy” for further details. You can also refer back to the care instructions card inserted with every product.
- What we are not responsible for:
Losses of hardware and or any additional item part of the product shall not be bared by BE-INDIE. Scratches and abrasions, and the fading which occurs in the areas of greatest wear, should not be considered defects but assets, fundamental aspects of natural denim. Elements such as oils, make up, perfumes, creams and or sanitizers applied to the denim can compromise its natural beauty and performance capabilities; therefore, they shall not be considered defects.

- Do you accept international credit card?
We accept the following international credit and debit cards: (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit, American Express) All payments are processed through a secure checkout system; Payforit.
We also accept cash on delivery within Cairo excluding Madinaty, Sherouk City, 10th of Ramadan and Badr City.
- Is my payment secure?
We are committed to keeping your personal data and payment details secure and confidential. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
- Will I be charged sales tax?
For orders shipped in Egypt, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Are delivery charges refundable?
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Can I choose a delivery date/time?
we offer scheduled delivery shipping options so you can select the most convenient date and time of the delivery.
- How do I change my delivery address?
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
- When can I expect delivery of my order?
We shall do Our best to dispatch the Product to you as soon as possible after you place your order and in accordance with the delivery option you have selected when placing your Order. In any event not more than 2-4 working days beginning on the day we confirm your order. If We are unable to dispatch the Product within that time We will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

- Shipping times & costs?
We ship via DHL Express and or in house courier service. Deliveries are normally made from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Product(s) will typically arrive within 2 – 4 business days (though shipping can take longer in certain regions).
- What do I do if I have a concern with my order?
If you face a problem with the purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. kindly send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 14 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
