As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our customer service advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. You can also reply to the order confirmation email/electronic receipt that you receive after placing your order. Losses of hardware and or any additional item part of the product shall not be barred by BE-INDIE. Scratches and abrasions, and the fading which occurs in the areas of greatest wear, should not be considered defects but assets, fundamental aspects of natural denim. Elements such as oils, make up, perfumes, creams and or sanitizers applied to the denim can compromise its natural beauty and performance capabilities; therefore, they shall not be considered defects. Special care instructions for certain products that were not followed and led to the item’s deterioration shall not be considered defects. We accept the following international credit and debit cards: (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit, American Express, Amazon payment) All payments are processed through a secure checkout system; Payforit. We don’t accept Cash On Delivery for orders outside of Cairo and Giza Region in Egypt.

For orders shipped in Egypt, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).



Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


Once the order is placed, the item takes certain days to arrive and you can manage with the courier that will be in contact with you regarding the delivery date and time preferred.

We shall do Our best to dispatch the Product to you as soon as possible after you place your order and in accordance with the delivery option you have selected when placing your Order. Orders to be shipped in Egypt will not take around 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. If We are unable to dispatch the Product within that time We will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

We ship via DHL Express/Aramex and or in house courier service. Deliveries are normally made from Sunday to Thursday, between 9am and 5pm. Product(s) will typically arrive within 5 business days (though shipping can take longer in certain regions).


If you face a problem with the purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at immediately. Kindly send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 14 days after the purchase to return and refund and 30 days to exchange any defective items.
