Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy
BEFORE DISPATCH: If you wish to change or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been dispatched you can email Our Client Services team on email@example.com, with your Order number, to discuss what practical options are available to you. In the event that your Order has already been dispatched, please return your Order once received in accordance with Our Returns Policy below.
AFTER DISPATCH: We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 14 days without giving any reason, even if the Product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:
- Your cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) take delivery of the Products. If your Order is delivered in multiple lots, the 14 days will start counting from the day on which you (or a person indicated by you to take delivery, other than the carrier) takes delivery of the final Products. For example, if you receive your (final) Product on the 1st of the month then your cancellation period will end on the 14th of that month.
- You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement prior to the end of the cancellation period. In particular this means that you should not have used the Product and any tags, labels or protective packaging should not have been removed.
- You return the Product to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing Us of your decision to cancel.
- You return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. In order to ensure the product reaches us in good condition in accordance Be-Indie Online Boutique with these Terms We recommend you use the original packaging you received the Product in to return it to Us. Please note that Be-Indie has the right to refuse accepting returned items without original packaging condition.
We will process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return.
Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back.
In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. For further information, please refer to our Repair Policy section.
Returns must meet the below requirements:
When returning items to us, please ensure they are in "as new" condition, well packaged in their original packaging (carton box, dust bags etc.) and protected. we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition.
Please, remember that if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.
ONLINE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Simply complete the return form online on our contact us page with your package (also available on our website if you have created an account) and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up with an additional delivery fee.
IN STORE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Simply complete the return form in store and drop off your item in their original packaging, along with the return form in any of our stores. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick up with an additional delivery fee. Please visit our “Where to Buy” page on our website for store addresses.
BE-INDIE will only accept a refund or an exchange if shipping instructions have been met. We shall inform you with our return shipping instructions in order to process the return/exchange process. Kindly note that our shipping instructions shall be available via email at email@example.com
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products excluding initial delivery fees incurred.
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt (purchase). The returned product is accepted under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase
- Items in perfect conditions (Ticketed & unused)
- Original packaging
If your returns do not meet the conditions above, we have the right to refuse the refund.
Please note that any items purchased during our end of season sale are non-refundable.
