1. Data Security:
1.1 Definition of personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA): data which relate to a living individual who can be identified: (a) from those data; or (b) from those data and other information which is in the possession of, or is likely to come into the possession of, the data controller; and includes any expression of opinion about the individual and any indication of the intentions of the data controller or any other person in respect of the individual.
1.2 BE-INDIE restricts access to confidential and sensitive data to protect it from being lost or compromised in order to avoid adversely impacting our customers and suffering damage to our reputation.
1.3 Data Security Policy (“DSP”) applies to all customer data, personal data, or other company data defined as sensitive by BE-INDIE. Therefore, it applies to every server, database and system that holds and/or processes such data, including any device that is regularly used for email, web access or any other work-related device. In addition to any third party who interacts and/or is a contractor with BE-INDIE.
1.4 The company shall provide all its employees and contracted third parties with access to the data to the extent as required to perform their duties and/or provide the services, fulfill orders, and/or deliver products as required from BE-INDIE.
1.5 Each user shall have its own unique user ID and each shall be held accountable for the actions committed under their user ID
1.6 Records of user access are saved and might be used to provide evidence for security incident investigations.
1.7 BE-INDIE may employ third-party contractors and/or individuals for the following purpose:
Facilitate BE-INDIE’s Service;
Provide the Service on BE-INDIE’s behalf;
BE-INDIE hereby acknowledges and confirms that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
1.8 All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

2.1 All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any products, titles, designs, themes, objects, characters, images, trademark, copyrights, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation) are owned by BE-INDIE. BE-INDIE reserves all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with its games and the Service.
2.2 BE-INDIE owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears on the website and its products.
2.3 The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Please be aware that you will continue to receive emails regarding orders placed on our website as well as modifications to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Returns
Online Purchases:
If you wish to return your order, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Kindly note you can exchange/refund items on sale within 48 hours of receiving your purchase
Exchanges are accepted online/in-store. Online refunds are only accepted online
Step 1: Simply email us your request at Care@Be-indie.com where we will arrange a pick up with an additional shipping fee depending on your location.
Step 2: Once your return is accepted at our quality department, we will proceed with your refund via the same payment method used to purchase your order (Excluding shipping fees).
Please note that it can take up to 15 business days for us to receive your return via shipments.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 5-20 business days maximum.
Return requests must meet the below requirements:

Proof of purchase must be provided via your order/Invoice number.

Returns are only accepted within the 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Your item/s must be returned with its full package and all labels intact

Item/s must be returned in the original condition received.
Be-Indie has the right to refuse your return request if it does not meet the conditions above.
In-Store Purchases:
If you wish to return your order, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Kindly note there's no refund for items on sale, ONLY EXCHANGE within 48 hours of your purchase
Step 1: Simply head to your nearest Be-Indie store branch to process your request.
Step 2: Once your return is accepted after a quality check, we will proceed with your refund via the same payment method used to purchase your order. Please note that Card refunds will be processed within 5-20 business days maximum.

Step 1: Exchanges can be accepted at our Be-indie store branches; simply head to your nearest branch to request an exchange. If you are not located near any of our branches, please request a return from the steps above. After your return is processed, you can place a new order with your desired item. Note that extra shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
Step 2: In store: After your returned order is accepted after a quality check, we will process your new requested order and your payment difference (If applicable).
Online shipments: Once your return is accepted at our quality department, we will proceed with your refund via the same payment method used to purchase your order (Excluding shipping fees) and will be awaiting your new order.
Note that extra shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
